One thing you may want to think about is an affiliate supervisor. If you are not strong in sales or marketing or creating partnerships or sales writing or managing projects, then you probably need an affiliate manager.

An affiliate manager will typically take a percentage override on anybody he introduces and all of the sales they make. It could be 3% or 5% or 10%. You shouldn’t pay an expense unless it’s a huge launch.
